Richard (Rich) August is a licensed Home Builder and Realtor in the state of Alabama. He was born into a real estate family composed of brokers and agents. From a young age, he was groomed for excellence by the outstanding example set by his parents and other family members. This unique experience allowed him to be exposed to different aspects of the real estate world, from renting and selling, to commercial ventures and building. Rich has a varied background as a public speaker, supervisor, utility worker and as a customer service facilitator. His love of people is what drives him to provide honest, reliable, first-rate service while giving the best effort to achieve successful results on any job or construction site.

Courtney 'CoCo' August epitomizes hard work, integrity, energy, personality, consideration and selflessness. Courtney grew up in the greater Tuscaloosa area and developed a love for real estate as a young child, viewing real estate periodicals and enjoying the details of what made homes beautiful. She has worked in every aspect of the real estate industry from representing sellers, buyers, investors in both the residential and commercial market. Courtney's life and work experience has prepared her to represent real estate ethics in an upright manner. Courtney is married to her real estate partner, Rich August. They have three beautiful children. Some of her hobbies include enjoying family, entertaining guests, and a college football Saturday. Courtney has used her time in real estate well to establish strong relationships with lenders and has a strong background in human resources, banking, and customer service. Courtney has a keen emotional intelligence level and determination to get the job done. She has used these abilities to grow, develop, and coach real estate teams.
